    Job TitleRegional Sales Manager
    • Dallas, TXJob DescriptionThis position is located within Dallas TXThe South-Central team is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to promote and aid the sale and education of Axis Communications products within the Dallas area.

    What you will do here...In Dallas Texas, arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars.

    Continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants and end users to benefit the use of IP Video, IP Network Audio, Intercoms and Access Control, and Axis cameras.

    Maintain fluid and proactive relations with prospects and current customersWork cohesively with Axis Communication's Application Development PartnersDetermine quality of a prospect to responsibly pursue and manage timeRecommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisonsEncourage companies to enroll in Axis partner development programsActively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activitiesParticipate in educational events and consistently be aware of industry newsPrepare weekly sales report with new and existing projectsPerform other related duties as assignedWhat you will need...Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentation to meet customer needsPersistent and pro-activeFluent in Microsoft Office applicationsResponsible independent driveAbility to effectively motivate in time sensitive environmentCharismatic dispositionCompetitive and efficientResourcefulCompromisingStrong public speaking skillsMulti-tasking and time management skillsWhat we are looking for...Bachelor's degree or equivalent electronic trade training5+ years in sales driven positionStrong technical backgroundValued but not required skills or experienceWork with cameras and computer networksDesign application capabilitiesPhysical demandsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    Employee is frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more. Expected travel time for this position is between 50%- 70%.


    Target Salary:
