Job Summary

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing project leadership in developing, reviewing, revising, updating, and maintaining all standard contracts for the professional and ancillary networks across our 5-State plans. Functions include maintaining the central repository of electronic contracts on the shared drive. Ensuring all provider contracts are updated timely and consistently according to corporate policy, BCBSA rules, and state and federal regulatory agencies. Ensuring all professional and ancillary network agreements are consistent for all products (HMO, PPO, traditional/par). This person will work closely with the legal counsel within HCSC.
