    Qorvo's Federal Contracts Compliance team is part of the Legal Department and provides subject matter expertise on all aspects of complying with US Government and Prime Contractor requirements under the FAR and DFAR.

    This position supports all phases of contracting with these parties to ensure compliance and the proper administration of our contracting process.

    The successful candidate will work closely with business and operational teams and must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

    Hybrid work model. This is not a fully remote position.

    Responsibilities


    • Maintain internal matrix of flow down clauses and standard Qorvo responses/exceptions and prepare flow down documents for Qorvo sourcing/procurement team to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
    • Prepare Commerciality and Price Reasonableness assertions and Prime Contractor Representations and Certifications
    • Assist with review of solicitations, proposals, bids, contracts, and other contractual documents to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory and customer requirements
    • Negotiate contract modifications and exceptions with Prime Contractors
    • Assist with development, modification, implementation of policies and procedures to implement federal contracting requirements
    Minimum Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years relevant federal government contracts experience
    • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR and related agency policies and guidelines
    • Basic understanding of US Government fixed priced contracts required; CP, CPFF, OTA knowledge preferred
    • Prior experience in negotiating federal flow down clauses with defense Prime Contractors
    • Experience with research contracts is a plus
    • Experience using SAP and experience is a plus
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task, set priorities and execute timely to meet deadlines and strategic objectives
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, judgment, interpersonal skills, including ability to take initiative, anticipate problems, work collaboratively with the flexibility to adapt
