    Description

    As a Data Analyst within our Operations team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business improvement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SQL queries and database reports that support the operational needs of our telehealth services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and complex data models to support analysis of business operations.
    • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver precise data reports and dashboards.
    • Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities and challenges within business operations.
    • Present findings and strategic insights to senior leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Lead and manage projects focused on operational improvements and innovation.
    • Stay current with industry trends and developments in data analysis to continually enhance the analytical capabilities of the team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth environment.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and telehealth operations is preferred but not required
    • Ability to work in person in Charlotte, NC five days a week
