    About The Team


    Bytedance's internal innovation business team focuses on the research of products related to the new technology track, and currently incubates Bot Studio-related AI innovation products.

    Responsibilities

    Create and distribute various forms of content to drive adoption and education of the product, including case studies, tutorials, product walkthroughs, and blogs
    Be the owner of various content channels, including Twitter, YouTube, official blog, TikTok, etc
    Deeply understand the product, distill its value propositions, and translate them to engaging content
    Work with developers to collect user stories and case studies; help produce and curate user-generated content

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    Fluency in English as it is the working language.
    Proven experience in content production in various formats, such as blogs/newsletters, videos, social media. Content portfolio required.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Existing audience of the content production is a plus
    Exceptional writing skills in English; able to translate technical concepts into clear and concise layman language
    Proficient in generative AI technology, with hands-on experience in using various AI applications. Coding experience a plus
    Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

    Job Information:
    【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $335000 annually.


    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
