Job Description:


We are seeking an innovative Associate Marketing Manager to join our team In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our content strategy, orchestrating event planning, developing the brand, and more.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our customers' success and to the company's overall growth.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and form strategic partnerships across functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to effectively share the Coactive story.

What you'll do:


Content Development:

Guide the development and distribution of engaging, brand-aligned content, including social media campaigns and blog content focusing on our team and products.


Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and manage corporate events and sponsorships, overseeing all logistics from travel arrangements to booth set up and swag.


Brand Development:
Own the brand's visual and messaging consistency, steering brand strategy across all channels.

Cultural Ambassadorship:
Foster and promote a positive, inclusive company culture.

Promotional Campaigns:
Coordinate customer and team gifting initiatives and collateral needs, ensuring they align with our brand values.

Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to develop materials and pitches that drive revenue growth.


What we're looking for:

3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment or a Series A-D growth stage startup.
Proficiency with Hubspot for both CRM functionalities and content management, alongside familiarity with other CMS like Prismic or WordPress.

Experience with SEO and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and an understanding of Google search engine algorithms.

Excellent copywriting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Creativity in marketing approaches, with a willingness to test new ideas.
Knowledge of creative design using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including media, blog, and social.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Good understanding of major social marketing channels and ability to engage effectively with social media followers, manage comments, and inquiries.

Leverage social listening tools like Buzzsummo or Sprout Social.
Relationship-building skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners.
Communication and problem-solving abilities with a strong design sensibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly growing organization.
A growth mindset, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Physical ability to manage event setups (ability to lift up to 30 pounds).
Less than 20% travel required.


Desired skills:

Experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry or with multimodal technology.
Previous involvement in a category-defining startup from Series A-D in a marketing capacity.


What you can expect from us:
This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is between
$98,000 - $128,000
