- 12+ years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), O6 Project Manager (PM), or O5 Product Manager (PdM)
- Experience in developing or supporting contract formation specialist functions and procurement documentation, including Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans, and Acquisition Strategies
- Experience in preparing acquisition documents, such as SCA, SOWs, PWSs, or QASPS, that reflect technical and operational requirements for Government approval
- Experience in providing input in the proposal evaluation process to support in the post-award by preparing monthly status updates and funds expended to-date and variance analyses intended to highlight any significant issues requiring Government action, and facilitate the processing of contract invoices through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)
- Experience providing a variety of acquisition support, including research of contracting types, program planning, tracking milestones, assisting lower-level Acquisition Specialists, and Federal Acquisition Regulation guidance
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications
- DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III certifications

As a Federal Acquisition Management Professional at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to impact our country's defense acquisition and contract process. On our team, you'll draft full RFP packages, including identifying requirements, Statements of Objectives, and Statements of Work.
You'll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You'll provide acquisition analysis regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project's success. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
