    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Client Concierge Manager will serve as a liaison between the Sales team, Events, and Accounts Receivable to ensure workflow and processes are streamlined. Additionally, this individual will be a point of contact for any client who has a question or an issue with a product or service, specifically our higher ticket items. This individual will be a remarkable example of customer service and will also have an affinity for sales in order to upsell clients and drive additional revenue.

    OBJECTIVES

    • Manage calls with clients post-sale to ensure tickets for events are purchase
    • Conduct Welcome Call to all buyers to discuss pre-event work, logistics, access to in order to ensure clients are prepared
    • Serve as main point of contact for client questions or concerns
    • Oversee reconciliation of Events Budget to Actuals (pre/during/post events)
    • Participate in weekly meeting with Sales and Accounting to ensure payments are completed and accurate
    • Manage Events inbox to address any client questions regarding the upcoming event(s)
    • Manage weekly Events Meeting agenda items, notifications, note taking, follow-up with team
    • Develop and implement a streamlined process that will reduce bottlenecks between Sales and Events team
    • Coordinate between Accounts Receivable and Events departments to simplify process and reduce errors
    • Call clients to confirm attendance to events and upsell extra seat(s) or tickets
    • Understand and follow the sales scripts for all Cardone Ventures events and workshops in order to upsell
    • Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

    COMPETENCIES

    • Demonstrated experience deescalating client situations and maintaining positive reputation of the CV brand
    • Ability to work within HubSpot and Asana
    • Capable of overcoming sales objections and demonstrating the value proposition of Cardone Ventures events
    • Substantial experience with G-Suite (Sheets, Documents, GMail, Calendars, Slides)
    • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professional communication over the phone or email when engaging with clients
    • Possesses a basic level of financial acumen in order to effectively communicate with the Accounting team and discuss payment plans

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • At least 2 years' work experience in a customer service role in a professional environment

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
