Position Overview:


Due to an abundance of new customer names generated from our marketing efforts, we are in a significant growth mode for Sales.

We are seeking experienced and professional Account Managers to join our tele sales team.

While prior coin knowledge is not required, we value great storytelling skills, a charismatic personality, a trainable nature, a drive to succeed, and the capability to overcome objections.


Salary & Incentives:

- $85K first year with $50K base + uncapped commission, bonuses and incentives

  • 60% of our Account Managers make $100k or more
  • 30% of our Account Managers make $150k or more
  • Top Account Manager makes over $500k per year
  • Past paid sales incentives have included trips to exciting destinations, automobiles, and even home remodels

Job Duties:


Qualifications:


  • Minimum high school diploma required
  • 2+ years of sales experience required
  • Preferably 12 years of experience in an outbound environment
  • Proficiency in sales presentation and closing strategies.
  • Strong emphasis on ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in confident and determined sales approaches.
  • Resilience and capability to manage rejection.
  • Persistence and perseverance are essential.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude.
