The Solar Concierge will function as the main point of contact for our customers and will communicate progress and milestones on behalf of sales reps and operations.
Concierge has the responsibility of notifying and updating sales, operations, and CRM when there are lapses in progress and commits to follow up with Icon Power's customers throughout their solar project.
Bilingual Spanish is a must

Requirements:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the active pipeline from Sale to Complete, ensuring pipeline is making smooth progress across each stage
- Performing contract verification
- Initiate customer welcome calls
- Requesting missing information from sales or operations
- Assist in uploading documents customer accounts
- Helps to submit plansets online and in person as needed
- Notifying operations of stagnant projects
- Communicate with customers on a scheduled basis with updates of their project
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Customer retention & referral
- Assures required photos are uploaded to successfully create the layout
- Create and monitor project progress and reports for accuracy and improvement
- Assists with creating monitoring sites using information in our database and reports error codes that arise upon the site creation
- Assists in the active review of monitoring system projects
- Responds to several communication channels in a timely manner
- Contributes to finding creative resolutions to whatever blockers might be in the way of getting each project to the finish line
- Collaborate in a crossfunctional team environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish is a must:
- Must be selfmotivated as well as thrive in a team environment
- Ability to manage workflow while multitasking
- Excellent customer service skills required (Experience on a call center is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required in office
- Must be capable of completing tasks in time allotted
- Proactive and outgoing with a positive outlook
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
- Experience in project management, roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 12 years of experience with solar or construction preferred.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
