    About the Position:
    Join our Revenue Enablement team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. We are on a mission to redefine client relationship management by focusing on account retention and growth in a fast-paced environment.

    As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive meaningful change, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities and Impact:

    • Lead global initiatives to boost retention and pricing targets.
    • Manage a team dedicated to enhancing retention processes and guiding Sales.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive efficiency.
    • Advocate for tools and resources to support pricing strategies.
    • Identify and implement productivity tools and processes.
    • Drive strategic initiatives for improvement.
    • Design team structures to align with business goals.
    • Mentor team members for growth and excellence.
    • Analyze data and market insights to shape retention strategies.
    • Develop expertise to maximize team effectiveness.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Customer Service.
    • 8+ years of management experience in a SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record in driving initiatives in a results-driven setting.
    • Strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and impact.
    • Proficiency in data management tools like Salesforce and Excel.
