We are currently seeking a Virtual Reservations Specialist to join our team and assist in managing reservations and bookings for our clients.

Job Description:

As a Virtual Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of reservations and bookings for our clients in a remote capacity. You will work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service throughout the reservation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding reservations and bookings.
Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure availability and confirm bookings.
Provide information to customers regarding pricing, availability, and policies.
Assist customers with modifying or canceling existing reservations when necessary.
Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to find satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the database.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in reservations or hospitality.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
