    Job Title:
    Director of Scheduling - High Rise Construction


    Location:
    Anywhere in Florida


    Salary:
    $250,000 per year

    Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Scheduling to lead and optimize project timelines, ensuring the successful and timely completion of high-profile high-rise construction projects.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee and lead the scheduling department, ensuring the development and maintenance of accurate project schedules for high-rise construction projects.


    Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to create detailed project schedules, including sequencing of activities, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.

    Implement best practices and innovative scheduling techniques to enhance project efficiency and minimize delays.

    Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing insightful analysis to project teams and management.

    Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive scheduling strategy for high-rise construction projects.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to project timelines.

    Provide training and guidance to project teams on effective scheduling practices.

    Ensure compliance with project timelines and milestones, addressing any scheduling challenges proactively.

    Evaluate and implement scheduling software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Director of Scheduling in high-rise construction projects.

    Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling methodologies, software, and tools.

    Strong leadership and communication skills.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address scheduling challenges.

    Experience with critical path analysis and risk management related to project timelines.

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
