    Description


    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events.

    * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. * Manage marketing databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Generate regular reports on key marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to present data in a clear and concise manner.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration * Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and finance, to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

    * Act as a liaison between marketing and other teams to ensure alignment and communication.

    . Required Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have Skills & Experience
    • Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
