    Description

    About This Role

    • Supports the In-Building Project Architect team as the primary technical sales support for managing requests related to in-building and campus networked wireless systems.
    • Manages the intake process for requests, conducting needs-assessment discussions with sales teams and customers.
    • Responsible for documenting and managing project requirements, contracts, costs, and timelines.

    Engages with various functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery through collaborations with Real Estate, legal, revenue planning & analysis, network/engineering, and direct sales teams in the Business Sales Organization.

    • Oversees multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating competencies in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and project closure to meet customer and company expectations.
    • Interacts with sales teams and customers to assess needs and provide feasibility evaluations.
    • Coordinates with Project Architects and external vendors for in-building site surveys.
    • Collaborates with Project Architects to determine solutions based on assessments and surveys.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors and customers.
    • Provides project support throughout all phases to ensure milestones and timelines are met.
    • Communicates emerging technologies or process improvements to sales teams, ensuring they are well-informed on solutions and processes.

    Travel required: up to 25-50% across a large geographic area.

    Salary Range: $75,000 / annually

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in business and/or government sales or sales support.
    • Basic telephony knowledge with a focus on wireless technologies and communication networking principles.
    • Experience with various wireless solutions, networking, and connectivity.
    • Basic understanding of commercial construction design and in-building cable codes.
    • Basic knowledge of LTE and 5G wireless communications.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic financial acumen.
