- Technically strong and savvy; familiarity with CRM and/or CAD programs a plus

- Company office, shop and showroom located in Chantilly, Virginia
- Direct, coach and mentor a 6-8 person sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), improving where necessary
- Develop and maintain all sales training procedures and support materials and proactively collaborate with other departments to improve and streamline processes
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
- Oversee the design, maintenance and organization of the company showroom.
- Work with the Director of Business Development to develop and retain partners and ensure that sales from account relationships meet company goals
- Participate actively in the weekly and quarterly management team meetings
