    We are seeking a Consultative Sales Professional to become an integral part of our Environmental Construction and Permit Complinace team This role will develop the market by representing company core-competencies and providing consultative industry expertise.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop a pipeline through multi-pronged sales effort, enlisting assistance from technical, construction, and business staff as needed to

    respond to bid boards

    make phone and field introductions

    develop and negotiate relationships

    joint site walks to size up opportunities and provide cost estimates

    demonstrate excellent customer service

    Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline

    Realtime update to CRM and forecasting

    Hybrid Field/office position, not remote


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in business administration, operations, sales and other related fields

    Strong negotiation skills

    Active listener

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Outcome-driven

    Ability to build rapport with clients and team

    Ability to work independently AND on a team

    Receptive to feedback and collaborative

    Team player
