Discover your #H2OpportunityThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D through release 2024. Experience and knowledge of other graphics software a plus.
- General understating of site development, access roads, channels, dams, slope stabilization, retaining walls, detention ponds, surface drainage, stream restoration and tailing mines.
- Knowledge of dams including both earth and rock fill and associated structures is a plus.
- Knowledge of mine tailing storage facilities and all site elements a plus.
- Ability to take direction and simple sketches from engineers to develop and produce various project drawings using CADD software. Perform both routing and nonroutine drafting assignments, scale, and editing assignments.
- Capable of following specific, standardized procedures to achieve drawing set results and achieve project, task deadlines.
- Software experience:
- AutoCAD Civil3d
- BIM360
- ProjectWise
- Google Earth
Qualifications Minimum Requirements**- BS/BA and 2 years of experience and or
demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical progression within civil drafting and design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
- Experience with MicroStation Connect or related software
