- This position is located in the Division of Operations, Office of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Testing and Selection Unit, Assessment Consultation Team.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with multiple pre-employment test/assessment modalities.
- Experience providing consultation, facilitating meetings, and gathering information from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and complete complex projects and assignments.
- Ability to reason logically, analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and recommend effective solutions.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets containing personnel and selectionrelated data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn new jobrelated topics, information, and skills.
