Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with multiple pre-employment test/assessment modalities.

  • Experience providing consultation, facilitating meetings, and gathering information from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and complete complex projects and assignments.
  • Ability to reason logically, analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets containing personnel and selectionrelated data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new jobrelated topics, information, and skills.
