Building on our continued success, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a
Commercial Administrator based in Sacramento California, we offer flexibility and hybrid working.


To be considered for this role, you will need to:

What will you be doing?

  • Assist with management of travel compliance, cost approvals and invoice submission. Obtain appropriate approvals for TEC/TRF and expenditures from leadership.
  • Assist with management of work flow, processes and communication to/from travellers, task leads, finance/accounting team, as well as other internal departments as it relates to the CAHSR travel guidelines.
  • Assist with providing training to new staff regarding travel guideline and completion of TRF/TEC
  • Audit travel documents to ensure transactions are properly supported. Communicate and follow up with travel and/or other leadership regarding resolution of discrepancies of supported documentation.
  • Coordinates and completes cost reconciliations as needed while preparing travel documents for inclusion in monthly approval to client.
  • Develop / continually improve relations with key stakeholders, play your part in embedding a customer centric culture where all team members consider the impact on customers and their future requirements.
  • Work with others to support a culture of operational responsibility where individuals, take personal ownership for delivery.
  • Support & help maintain register of suppliers and their contracts for the project.
