- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on penetrating and expanding our presence within the Life Sciences sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and cybersecurity professionals within Life Sciences organizations.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success, to drive successful sales outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions in relation to the specific challenges and regulatory requirements faced by Life Sciences companies.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication at every stage.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes impacting the cybersecurity needs of Life Sciences organizations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry or complex SaaS Sales, with a focus on selling to Life Sciences organizations.
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences sector, including knowledge of industry trends, regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, HIPAA), and cybersecurity requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
