    Job Title: Sales Director - North America FLSA Status: Exempt

    Location: North America Reports To: VP/GM, Industrial

    JOB SUMMARY

    Exciting opportunity to lead the North American Sales team of a company known for its innovation and technology, driving the sales force to achieve our targets. As the senior sales leader, the Sales Director will spearhead profitable sales growth with existing and new OEMs, while establishing partnerships in regions with growth potential. The role involves collaborating with product managers and other leaders to devise and implement the sales strategy and priorities, aiding in achieving sustainable growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

    The Sales Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including funnel management, talent development, and enhancing market channels to meet customer expectations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Execution: Direct and manage the implementation of sales strategies to meet business requirements.
    • Channel Strategy: Identify and onboard new regional partners, leveraging market analysis and competitor networks.
    • Channel Management: Ensure partners align with business plans and develop strategies for growth.
    • Sales Technology: Drive the sales technology roadmap to enhance efficiency and customer growth.
    • Marketing: Collaborate with Vertical leaders to develop and execute marketing plans.
    • Opportunity Management: Manage the sales process to increase win ratios.
    • Planning: Contribute to regional and corporate business plans aligned with sales tactics.
    • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture to attract and retain talent.
    • Resource Allocation: Prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
    • Process Excellence: Implement process improvements to simplify sales processes.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
    • 15+ years of industrial component value-add selling experience.
    • 5+ years of sales team leadership experience.
    • Experience in multi-channel sales strategy.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & CRM software.
    • Strong communication skills.

    Desired:

    • Experience in engaging new channels effectively.
    • Leadership in Customer Care or Inside Sales.
    • Key Account Management experience.
    • Knowledge of Fluidic systems, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow switches, transducers, or directional control valves.
    • Understanding of continuous improvement principles.

    Salary range: $160,000 to $190,000. Salary depends on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes benefits, 401K, Paid Time Off, holidays, and more. Some roles may qualify for performance-based bonuses.
