JOB SUMMARY
Exciting opportunity to lead the North American Sales team of a company known for its innovation and technology, driving the sales force to achieve our targets. As the senior sales leader, the Sales Director will spearhead profitable sales growth with existing and new OEMs, while establishing partnerships in regions with growth potential. The role involves collaborating with product managers and other leaders to devise and implement the sales strategy and priorities, aiding in achieving sustainable growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The Sales Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including funnel management, talent development, and enhancing market channels to meet customer expectations.
