    Our Client, the first data-led intelligence platform, is seeking an Technical Snowflake Enablement Engineer



    Location: Remote
    Position Type: IT Full Time

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Enablement Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, computer science, and big data skills, as well as expertise with Snowflake and AWS cloud technologies. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent customer-facing and communication skills. As a Technical Enablement Engineer, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide expert guidance on the use of our products and services. You will also work with our internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to deliver standard, customized and/or strategic solution demonstrations, white boarding, presentations, and best practices that showcase functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of the Snowflake solutions throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation
    • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of our products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
    • Work with internal technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues
    • Demonstrate our products and services to customers
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
    Requirements:

    • Snowflake expert having completed the snowflake university workshops obtaining all 5 badges. SnowPro core cetification a plus.
    • 3+ hand-on experience with Snowflake ecosystem including expert knowledge of SnowPipes, Streams, Views, performance tuning, Snowflake data modeling, ELT using SnowSQL, data visualizations using StreamLit, implementing complex stored procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
    • Minimum 1 year experience using the Jinja templating language to create dynamic SQL templates
    • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of data clean-room technologies including creating secure data shares using RBAC. Knowledge of Snowflake Native apps (v6+)
    • 6+ years of documented experience as a back-end data/software engineer working on various data technologies with proficiency in Python and/or Javascript )
    • Knowledge of all aspects of the SDLC, experience with Jenkins and setting up CI/CD processes.Zero copy clone experience a plus.
    • 3+ years experience using UNIX bash command line utilities - ssh, vim, curl, etc.
    • Minimum 4 years experience with various AWS cloud technologies and data lake management - S3, Lambda, Redshift/Athena, Glue
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
