Program Manager, Privacy & Risk Responsibilities:

Lead privacy and risk compliance, mitigation, and enablement of sales and partnerships teams
Lead the evolution of business workflows, operations, technical builds, strategies to align with risk obligations and best practices
Partner closely with internal legal and compliance teams to understand risk pressures and resulting impact on the business
Develop trusted partnership with business stakeholders to drive enablement, advocacy, and education of risk pressures
Proactively evaluate the impact of risk controls and advocate for control improvement to minimize business disruption
Develop recommendations of idealstate solutions and present proposals to key stakeholders and leaders for buyin
Measure performance and reliability of newly implemented controls and workflows

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/MS degree
8+ years of experience in roles such as Risk Management, Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Operations, Consulting
Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance teams to design and implement product features, tooling, processes, programs, third party solutions
Experience using data to drive decisioning, strategic alignment, measuring performance and effectiveness
Experience presenting complex organizational and process flow content to general audiences, gaining support and alignment among stakeholders
Experience working independently and managing multiple concurrent projects in a highly crossfunctional and fastpaced environment
Experience prioritizing for impact across many competing priorities
Experience navigating ambiguity and bringing order to chaos

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
Experience leading regulatory compliance initiatives in the digital or online space
Strong understanding of the privacy compliance landscape, obligations, best practices
Experience driving strategy and support for ad sales, partnerships, engineering teams
Experience as a contributing member of a global organization within a matrix structure
