    The Lactation Network is hiring a

    Director of Account Management .

    The ultimate player-coach, you and your team will work directly with our lactation consultant partners to ensure they're making the most of TLN's services.

    Owning LC activation and retention metrics, you know how to build lasting relationships and champion practitioner needs throughout the organization.

    TLN is at an exciting stage of its growth journey, and you will play a critical role in shaping the LC Account Management team while expanding our high-touch capabilities for TLN's lactation consultant partners.

    Breakdown of the role

    People leadership (40%).

    You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves as you develop relationships with key accounts.
    Lactation consultant partner management (30%).


    You're a strategic and innovative thinker with a broad understanding of TLN's practitioner offerings and a forward-thinking mindset to set the team up for future opportunities.

    You exhibit strong project and people management skills. As our senior LC partner lead, you'll own LC partner activation and retention while supporting TLN's broader strategic goals.
    Relationship growth (30%) .

    Owning activation and retention among our LC partners, you'll work with TLN leadership to identify growth metrics to support these key business goals.

    What you'll do

    Reporting directly to our VP of Consultant Relations, you'll have the chance to build a small, agile team while setting and implementing the LC partner experience vision.

    Drive LC activation.

    Owning LC activation, your team's core metric will be growing monthly visits among our existing LC partners.
    Build and support your team.

    You have deep experience scaling and leading a team focused on customer activation and retention.
    Represent the voice of our partners.

    You understand that a contract signature is only the first step in a successful LC partnership.

    As part of the LCR team, you'll take ownership of a consistent and positive LC partner experience across all touchpoints of their TLN journey while acting as a conduit of LC needs with our product, marketing, and operations teams.

    Drawing on your executive presence, high EQ, and impressive follow-through, you'll build authentic relationships with our partners while inspiring the TLN team to turn great ideas into reality.

    Identify growth opportunities.


    The ultimate business partner, you'll thrive helping our LC partners spot opportunities to scale their practices as they deliver life-changing lactation care to families across the country.

    What we expect from you
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     7+ years of experience in similar customer-facing positions (e.g., Account Management, Client Success, Sales, Consulting, etc.)
    3 years at a digital health, healthcare wellness/benefits, or insurance company
    Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build consensus
    Ability to approach problems with creativity and curiosity
    A growth mindset
    A bias for action
    Close attention to detail
    High EQ
