eCommerce Account Manager - eCommerce Professional Solutions

The eCommerce Professional Solutions Team falls under the umbrella of our Customer Office Team organization. Our eCommerce Professional Solutions Team is an important component of our business.

This team works as an extension of our partnered brands team to help strategize, ideate, and execute on eCommerce initiatives.

Our industry is experiencing the need for our team to expand. We are adding an
eCommerce Account Manager to the team.


What you will do

  • Collaborate directly with CPG brands by managing their fullfunnel advertising strategies, promotional calendar, content optimization, marketplace reporting and sales monitoring
  • Demonstrate marketplace management expertise by managing inventory, promotions, marketing, and other strategic initiatives to help grow sales
  • Create strategic digital marketing campaigns that will help drive sales for our partnered brands
  • Collaborate with team members on growth strategies and innovative marketing tactics
  • Identify areas of opportunity for brand growth on the ecommerce channel
  • Provide datadriven advice and strategy to our partners
  • Nurture strong relationships with our clients with a goal centric approach
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in SPINS by fully leveraging our data and solutions
  • Successfully review and manage inquiries from clients and case management with Amazon
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues (eCommerce Account Managers and eCommerce Management team members) to drive improvement in quality, service, and profitability
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for internal and external use

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin. or related quantitative (Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics) field of study
  • 23 years of Seller Central or Vendor Central experience and working directly with CPG brands
  • Experience with strategizing and planning for ecommerce tentpole events (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc)
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Must be able to identify insights from raw data and summarize results to help lead strategy and initiatives
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively
  • Adept at cultivating external and internal relationships
  • Possess advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Full understanding of Seller and Vendor Central tools
  • Selfstarter attitude who is eager to learn and grow
