    Description

    Katalyst is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist for a global client based in the Chicago Loop. This person must be familiar with L&D design/dev, HR, and some aspects of onboarding or orientation. This is a full time contract engagement requiring 2-3 days a week onsite in the client's Chicago office.

    What you bring:

    • BS Degree or applicable professional experience
    • Familiarity with onboarding and new hire orientation process, training, and development
    • Exposure to various learning methodologies
    • Experience working in a large LMS

    What you'll do:

    • Assist in the development of engaging and effective collateral to support new employee onboarding and learning programs. This includes pre-hire activities, orientation, e-learning modules and workshops, to name a few
    • Develop custom eLearning solutions after determining skill gaps and growth areas
    • Develop and update training resources
    • Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops and training sessions.
