- Lead Gems-Setra annual pricing cycle on all its aspects – model developing, budgeting, customer and product mapping, working with Product and Sales teams to incorporate special needs, review and approving with leadership team and planning of customer communication
- Review and analyze price requests from Sales and customers to ensure market competitiveness, healthy business impact, and high responsiveness to customers
- Implement pricing strategies to expand in-region profitability and build stronger competitive market position
- Monitor, report and problem solve on weekly and monthly pricing performance for entire business
- Develop pricing proposals for new products and services along with the Product Managers
- Work with Operations teams to review movements in costs and identify market drivers
- Track market trends and keeping up to date on competitors' price changes
- Collaborate with IT team to implement pricing changes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of directly related pricing experience
- Proven exposure to managing pricing processes and implementing pricing initiatives
- Knowledge in developing various pricing models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Phenomenal teammate that can influence others without direct authority
- Strong analytical abilities and comfortable dealing with numerical data

Gems Setra is seeking a Product Pricing Specialist to join as a key member to our Product and Strategy team. This position will be responsible for leading our pricing initiatives across the organization – annual strategic price changes, ongoing special price needs, cost and market impact analysis – while ensuring the health of our price performance and profitability for the business This key role will require you to be highly communicative, use visual and daily management tools for improved coordination while demonstrating adaptability for changing business priorities. You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management and Strategy and will collaborate with cross-functional teams – Product Management, Finance, Sales, Operations and IT.

National: The salary range for this position is $ $117000
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
