Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience in utilizing complex datasets to build data-driven systems
Experience with system interoperability, API development, data security, and ML system architecture
Strong understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup is a plus
Passion for a data-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead the ideation, development, and launch of initiatives for Sidecar Health that enable claim processing at scale using OCR and AI/ML models
Define and execute strategy and roadmap for automating claims ingestion
Establish processes and KPIs to measure and report on goal progress
Ensure system compliance with new insurance regulations
Work with engineering and product designers to deliver features in line with the product roadmap
Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities.
The ideal candidate should have proven product management experience, a good understanding of UK and US healthcare systems, proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
4+ years of experience in Product Management, ability to identify customer needs and struggles, ability to prioritize projects and customer issues, experience collaborating with designers and engineers, willingness to work with multiple customer-facing teams, experience in leading customer interviews, experience in analyzing feature success.
You should have empathy, active listening skills, excellent communication, and the capacity to collaborate across teams.
Previous experience in SaaS industry is preferred.
They must be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, interact with technical teams, and lead executive-level reviews

English fluency, experience in fintech or payments industry, analytical mindset, ability to build relationships, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, willingness to learn, intellectually curious, experience in B2B products/industries or financial services a plus8+ years of product management experience, success in developing exceptional products, ability to lead projects involving multiple functions, experience in collecting and prioritizing customer feedback, passion for cryptocurrencies, fluent in German and English.
