Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering software-based products, including identifying all foundational servicesneeded to build a world-class payment processing system that can scale with a growing business andoverseeing and shaping the entire payments platform.
Decide on the impact ofbusiness metrics and frequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities anddrive them to fruition without explicit direction and resourcing.
Provide leadership, organizational, andexecution skills across cross-functional teams.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent inBusiness Administration, Analytics, or related field. Three (3) years of progressive experience in joboffered, management, or related occupation.
In lieu of a bachelor's plus 3 years of experience, thecompany will accept five (5) years of experience in job offered, management, or related occupation.
Anyamount of experience in additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amountis noted.Additional requirements:
Prior academic background or work experience to include:1)Experience with building products and delivering consumer facing products.
2) Experience with definingvision and strategy for at least one (1) product.
3) Experience with integrating customer feedback intoproduct requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution.
4) Experience withassessing and addressing technical risks.
Working Hours:
M-F, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Ability to support evening hours(~5:00PM to 8:00PM PT) at least 3 days per week.
Salary:
$155,000 to $190,000 per year.
