Assistant to Head of Platform Services (m/f/d)

The responsibility of Platform Services lies in the smooth and SLA-compliant operation of all platforms of our customers and noris network AG.

This includes the operation of virtualization environments, storage and backup infrastructure, managed Kubernetes environments based on OpenShift, and the operation of all network and security components in our own data centers and those of our customers.

Your tasks:

Support and relieve the department head by managing and coordinating the entire department
Contact person (m/f/d) for internal organizational issues as well as internal meetings
Preparation of presentation documents for meetings, Excel reports, and statistics
Support in departmental controlling and in planning and tracking the budget
Planning and organization of training and conferences within the department
Support in onboarding new employees and in employee discussions
