Your Responsibilities:
- Disposition of partial and full loads to Great Britain
- Optimal route planning, taking into account economic and geographical factors
- Comprehensive support and advice for customers, as well as communication with other service providers
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines
- Handling customs formalities and general administrative tasks
- Invoicing services to customers
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or similar
- Several years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the UK transport sector
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Communicative nature
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding software
- Team player and possession of a class B driver's license
