We are currently looking to fill a permanent position at our children's house in Wilhelm-Roser-Straße, Lake City, SC.


Position: Full-time (38 hours/week) in a group for children over 3 years old.

We are seeking a
dedicated and open-minded
pedagogical professional (m/f/d) with a qualification as an educator or equivalent.


If you enjoy:

  • Working according to the principles of Montessori pedagogy or are motivated to learn and implement Montessori pedagogy in our daily routine,
  • Guiding, supporting, and promoting children in their individual developmental phases,
  • Maintaining a partnership with parents and a community within the children's house,
  • Working in a dedicated and professionally qualified team,
  • Contributing to the development of processes,
  • Working independently and autonomously in a young and motivated team, and
  • Continuing education in the field of Montessori pedagogy,
