    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Supervisor at Belle. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. They will analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance performance. The Operations Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance and support to team members, and maintain effective communication.

    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
