    Job Title:
    Program Manager Tech 2

    Job Location:
    Fully Remote (PST Hours)

    Job Duration: 2+ Months of Contract on W2 with high chances for contract extension

    Typical Day in the Role:

    Purpose of the Team:
    Heavy on the Technical Writing side with Project Management as well.

    Furthermore, we're looking for someone who can swiftly immerse themselves in our technical product and play a pivotal role in executing previews, establishing demo environments, driving process innovation and learning initiatives, and fostering collaboration across various Azure teams to produce comprehensive documentation.


    Key projects:

    Working with the Support team to identify support documentation and support cases.
    The candidate would drive products with projects in talking to customers and running processes that the team would need to run the business smoothly


    Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: We're seeking a dynamic technical writer with a knack for product/project management and sharp analytical abilities.

    This role involves diving into support cases to identify recurring user issues and devising strategies to streamline support requirements through enhancements to both public and internal documentation and troubleshooting guides.

    In addition to this, the ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with project managers and developers to gather relevant information, and meticulously updating, reviewing, and publishing documentation.


    Candidate Requirements:


    Years of Experience Required: 3-4 Years of Previous Experience with Technical Writing, Project Management, and Technical Project

    Degrees or certifications required:
    AComputer Science background and degree are a huge plus

    Disqualifiers: No Experience with technology or technological skills then the candidate won't be considered.

    Has basic technological know-how of technology and skills around that

    The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing tasks, collaborating with project managers and developers to gather relevant information, and meticulously updating, reviewing, and publishing documentation.


    Top Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
    1. 3-4 years of experience in Technical Writing (Writing support tickets and working with that team)
    2. 3-4 years of experience with Analytical experience (identify patterns in these cases)
    3. 3-4 Years of experience Project Management Experience
    4. 3-4 Years of experience MSFT suite experience (SQL Databases, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
