- Manage business and operations: track internal team deliverables and monitor project progress as needed
- Handle space management, centralize the new hire onboarding and ordering equipment processes
- Manage distribution list management and communication channels for team leaders
- Assist in coordinating space management (twice yearly building reshuffle per the new Microsoft badge policy) and event logistics with multiple stakeholders
- Create and track purchase orders
- Plan how to spend the morale funding in conjunction with the team business managers and purchase appropriate gifts or gift cards and distribute
- Proactively plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings (will take on calendar support in the near future)
- Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual events in collaboration with business management and administrative staff communities
- Reconcile and submit expenses, serve as interim approver and manage discretionary budget reports as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 2 years of experience with OneDrive
- Previous administrative experience
- Must be able to report on-site 5 days/week in Redmond, WA
