    Join Our Team - Print/Mail Lead Office Service Associate

    A MUST - The candidate must be knowledgeable in printing, including pitch books and decks, and familiar with various binding methods such as Velo or comb, particularly in a financial or legal setting.

    • Print/Mail Lead Office Service Associate
    • Location: Miami, FL
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday
    • Pay Rate: $35 per hour

    Exciting Opportunity: Become a Print/Mail Lead Office Service Associate at our esteemed financial corporate office client in Miami, FL. In this role, you'll lead a team of 4-5 associates in the office service area. We are looking for a polished professional with strong communication skills, preferably with experience in the legal or financial printing field. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in printing pitch books and decks and familiar with various binding methods such as Velo or comb.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations at the Service Center
    • Manage workflow and delegate tasks
    • Assess employee performance and provide feedback
    • Ensure business goals are met and standards are maintained
    • Train and onboard new hires
    • Set goals and ensure compliance with company plans
    • Report performance to senior management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Prior supervisory and corporate office experience
    • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate personnel
    • Enforce company standards and policies
    • Direct staff performance and provide necessary corrections
    • Maintain a cohesive team and identify training needs
    • Experience with hardware platforms like PCs, scanners, printers, and MFDs
