    ABOUT THIS JOB:

    We are an investment advisory firm that offers a wide range of investment solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families. Currently, we are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with advisors to deliver top-notch service to our clients. Duties include managing new accounts, processing disbursement requests, and handling daily account maintenance. The role requires a solid understanding of industry standards and the ability to work independently while being a team player.

    This is a full-time position that includes healthcare and insurance benefits.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Act as the primary contact to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Assist Senior Advisors in resolving complex client inquiries.
    • Work with the reporting team to produce reports and solutions.
    • Manage the account opening process and ensure timely setup.
    • Coordinate post-client-meeting follow-ups and onboarding documentation.
    • Communicate with clients and business professionals as necessary.
    • Collaborate on new fund subscriptions and client data management.
    • Prepare client files, reports, and marketing materials.
    • Utilize industry knowledge to provide valuable client solutions.
    • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance with clients.
    • Problem-solve customer issues and perform research as required.
    • Keep client information up to date and participate in continuous improvement projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

    • Preferably a four-year degree from an accredited institution.
    • 2-3 years of experience in finance is preferred.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • High ethical standards and confidentiality.
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
