**Position Overview:**
A Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving incoming calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Sales Department.
**Who You Are:**
You are proficient and have a strong understanding of CRM tools
You can establish and manage continuous improvement efforts for the BDC
You are self-motivated, goal oriented, and have the proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment while achieving BDC related customer satisfaction goals measured by manufacturer surveys
You have excellent customer service skills and are clear in your communication, verbally and orally
You stay informed on industry trends and have the proven ability to create and manage a positive and productive work environment within the BDC
You have 2+ years of Sales or customer service experience
You are professional have a strong work ethic
Able to work in a fast paced environment
You possess a high sense of urgency

At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
