Surface Creations of Maine is looking for office staff in our Customer Service department.

This person learns all facets of our Inside Sales roles which include quoting and confirming orders as well as handle slab selection appointments with clients.

Clients will learn about care for their countertops and receive help selecting their stone.

Even if this is a new arena for you, all of the information can be taught to a quick learner, but excellent customer service is really the heart of the position.

This position will:

• Spend time with clients in a oneonone appointment setting in the showroom to help them select their stone.
• Followup with designers about the appointments their clients had.
• Answer multiline phone system
• Handle quotes and order confirmations for their clients.
• Make sure details are accurate for fabrication
• Basic housekeeping in the office
• Monday to Friday work week
• On the job training

This person must have:

• Strong Organizational skills
• A great attitude
• Stellar customer service
• Quick learner and willing to learn about a new industry
• Be very detailoriented
