Job Description


EnviroLogix has an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service Team As a customer service representative, you will interact with EnviroLogix customers on a daily basis to process orders, respond to inquiries, and lead billing work and collections.

Throughout, you will build relationships with external and internal customers and gain exposure to EnviroLogix's wide range of products and services.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Set up new customer accounts and process customer quotes, orders, and other requests with high accuracy
  • Resolve all customer requests in a timely fashion, anticipate customer needs, and coordinate appropriate and timely internal and external response
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Technical Support, Sales, and Shipping to ensure customer concerns are addressed and orders are completed
  • Contact customer billing departments regarding past due invoices and obtain payments
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries and issue credits, refunds, and invoice corrections to customers as issue resolution in partnership with Manager, Customer Service
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to advance opportunities
  • Operate with a continuous improvement mindset, seeking opportunities to improve the overall customer experience with internal and external facing solutions
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports and other reports as requested
  • Crosstrain new team members on order processing and other procedures
  • Identify, develop, and document customer service team process SOPs
Job requirements

  • Minimum of two years relevant customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Selfmotivated: must be able to work effectively as a member of a team as well as independently
  • Strong organizational skills: must be detail oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fastpaced environment where distractions are common
  • Continuous improvement mindset with sound problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with external and internal customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with collections and invoicing a plus
