    Description

    Are you ready to join a collaborative, results-focused team that enjoys helping businesses accomplish their goals? In this role, you'll report to the Director of Marketing, and will be responsible for developing positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that ensures that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams stay aligned.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product marketing within the software industry, particularly with SaaS solutions.

    A successful day in life requires a strategic thinker who can translate technical features into compelling value propositions, target key customer segments, and drive go-to-market strategies that result in increased market share and revenue growth.

    About the Role:

    Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Go-to-Market Strategy:
      • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that align with Docubee's strategy and roadmap
      • Drive cross-functional activities across demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams to build alignment around GTM plans.
      • Assess the effectiveness of current GTM strategies and refine them as necessary; collaborate with Sales & Product to fill product gaps and optimize sales success that may be inhibiting GTM success.
    • Strategic Planning:
      • Develop and execute the overall product marketing strategy for Docubee, aligning with business goals and objectives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive messaging and positioning.
    • Market Research:
      • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
      • Utilize customer feedback and market insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
    • Messaging and Positioning:
      • Craft compelling and differentiated messaging for Docubee, clearly communicating its value proposition to target audiences.
      • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer personas to tailor messaging accordingly.
    • Content Development:
      • Lead the creation of high-quality marketing website content, in-app messaging, and marketing collateral, including whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations.
      • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all communication channels.
    • Sales Enablement:
      • Develop sales enablement materials, including sales guides, presentations, and training programs.
      • Provide ongoing support to the sales team with the latest product information and competitive insights.
    • Campaign Management:
      • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
      • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
      • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on marketing performance and areas for improvement.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities but will mentor less experienced peers and provide team leadership.

    Work Schedule/Environment:

    • This can be a work-from-home-based role in any of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.
    • We offer a flexible work schedule.
    • Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL, Office if they wish.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or greater in Marketing or related field
    • 8+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferably in product management or product marketing management
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking with high attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
