    Location:
    Charlotte, NC


    Pay Rate:
    $19.67

    Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Tue - Sat


    Role Description:

    The Security Response Center Support Specialist will assist the Security Response Center team in processing emergency alarms and calls.

    Responsibilities include performing system manipulation to prevent false alarms, answering calls from on-site vendors, and providing remote troubleshooting support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Security Response Center team with emergency alarm and call processing

    • Answer calls from on-site vendors and team members
    • Provide remote troubleshooting support

    Top Skills Required:

    • Customer service skills and remote troubleshooting experience
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Office receptionist/clerk experience, including message relay and information copying
    • Experience fielding calls from 3rd party vendors and team members
    • Demonstrated punctuality and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • deal candidate will have at least one year of call center experience

    Required Technology Skills:

    • Computer familiarity
    • Experience with Mastermind preferred
