    We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources processes. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist with the recruitment process from start to finish, contributing to the development and success of our hiring strategies.

    This HR internship is designed to be both educational and practical. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills he or she may have acquired in school related to his or her area of interest and apply them in a professional setting. Throughout this internship, you will be exposed to a variety of HR functions and projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, posting job ads, and screening resumes.
    • Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews and phone screens using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
    • Participate in candidate screening processes, including initial phone interviews and reference checks.
    • Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is up-to-date and compliant.
    • Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
    • Engage with potential candidates on LINKEDIN, INDEED, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
    • Work on internship program by providing suggestions for team building exercises.
    • Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports related to recruitment metrics.
    Qualifications:
    • Strong academic record and interest in talent acquisition.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Previous internship or work experience in recruiting is a plus but not required
    Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
