    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Summary:

    It is the responsibility of this position to identify, source, screen, and schedule candidates for various roles within the client base in order to meet the needs of our clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • In order to identify candidates effectively, it is very important to closely monitor job portals and incoming emails and to search for new job postings in these portals on a regular basis
    • Assist clients with the creation and enhancement of job postings for their employment opportunities that keep abreast of the company requirements and benefits
    • Source applicants through digital online channels, on and offline professional networks, job boards and career fairs
    • Ensure that all materials used during the recruitment process, including notes taken during interview sessions, are documented and kept confidentially on file for the applicant and client
    • Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs and collateral to attract job applicants
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field preferred, but not required
    • Two or more years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
    • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
    • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
    • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
