Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities:

As a consultant and sparring partner, you will support our managers in filling vacant positions with new talent. You will use modern and creative search methods.

  • Defining needs and turning them into attractive job offers
  • Establishing a recruiting strategy for each vacancy
  • Approaching passive talent in the external market and within the company
  • Evaluating and selecting candidates in close coordination with hiring managers
  • Preparing, coordinating, and negotiating contract terms
  • Integrating and onboarding new talent together with hiring managers and the operational HR team
  • Contributing to futureoriented HR projects


By participating in recruiting fairs and events, you will build a wide network and talent pool and regularly engage with potential talent.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in a technical environment
  • Experience in direct candidate approach/active sourcing
  • Good knowledge
