    Apply locations Boston, Massachusetts time type Full time posted on Posted 6 Days Ago job requisition id R State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) is seeking a motivated Senior Contract Analyst with institutional client experience and/or legal experience who can work within our established team to provide our contracts with amazing organization, attention to detail and new thoughts.

    As a Senior Contract Analyst within the North American Client Coverage Group, you will:

    Be responsible for managing the entire client contract life-cycle for new and existing client relationships, from drafting a sample through negotiation and delivery of the final contract package.

    Be part of and collaborate with a talented team focused on providing organized and timely contract packages to match the investment needs of our clients.

    Work extremely closely with our client facing Legal team.

    To be successful, you will develop an understanding of SSGA's investment and operational capabilities, service offerings, and internal processes in order to efficiently lead each stage of a contract's progression internally.

    You will build collaborative relationships across our sales, legal, operations, compliance, investment, product, finance and other internal teams to successfully meet deadlines and develop a comprehensive working knowledge of the business.

    These skills will help you succeed in this role:

    A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the investment management industry, working with institutional clients is preferred and a legal background is a benefit
    Comprehension of SSGA's capabilities and services to successfully complete contract packages in a timely manner
    The ability to lead, prioritize and execute independently on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
    The ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures
