    • Foster strong connectivity across Research Center team and lead the bi-weekly status meetings.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitor progress and proactively adjust to achieve project goals.
    • Streamline end-to-end workflow processes for internal and external communication materials, ensuring alignment with existing partner team workflows. Coordinate internal and external meetings to disseminate project updates and manage workflow effectively.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of investor audiences and regions for distribution, ensuring compliance with disclosure requirements in all communication materials. Manage business review submissions.

    • Managing the onboarding and maintenance of Research Center vendors, including scopes of work, change orders, and invoices.
    • Pursue industry awards nomination opportunities and manage the submission process.
    • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly business review deliverable and annual assessment against the Research Center's key performance indicators.
