    Position Description

    Nomi Network is in search of a dedicated Senior Program Outreach Associate to become part of the team. In this role, you will champion our mission by establishing valuable partnerships with educational institutions, corporations, and community organizations. You will also be instrumental in the volunteer onboarding process and managing program-related communications.

    Logistics:
    • Work Location:
      • Current office Routh St, Dallas, TX 75201.
      • Future office space - starting in July.
      • Travel within Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area for events and partnership related activities.
    • Position status: Full-time, exempt.
    • Reports to Dallas: Program Manager.
    • In-person vs. remote: This role offers flexibility with around 30% of hours being remote work.
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a possibility of 4-5 evenings and up to 2 Saturdays per month.


    Responsibilities:

    • Partnership Development & Program Coordination:
    • Utilize networking, researching, and relationship building skills to identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with various organizations to support program goals.
    • Coordinate with partners to create and execute collaborative projects and events aligned with Nomi Network's mission.
    • Organize work exposure events like tours, field trips, and workshops with assistance.
    • Volunteer Management:
    • Create and deliver training programs for volunteers, focusing on relevant topics including trauma-informed care.
    • Evaluate volunteer programs to ensure they align with organizational goals.
    • Program-related communications.
    • Collaborate with the communication team to support program communication needs.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in communication or partnership development, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
    • Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and working with vulnerable populations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to develop effective communication and partnership strategies.
    • Experience in coordinating educational or work exposure programs.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Social Work, or related field.

    Physical Requirements:
    • The ability to work in an office environment and interact with a computer.
    • Driving a car is necessary (candidate must have their own car).
    • Sitting, standing, walking, occasional climbing stairs, talking, and hearing are typical activities.
    • Clarity of vision and ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs is required.
