    Job Summary
    We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to joining our existing Client Success team.

    The selected CSM will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success, adoption, and engagement of our client base.

    The CSM will manage a portfolio of clients as their primary client point of contact post implementation.

    LeaseAccelerator's CSM organization is pivotal in demonstrating our commitment to our clients and their long-term success, with the goal of making all our clients referenceable.

    We constantly look to provide value and function in an advisory capacity for our clients.

    The CSM will function in the role of client advocate and work with other departments within LeaseAccelerator to meet customer needs in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities
    Serve as a thought leader, client advocate and partner to LeaseAccelerator's most strategic clients.

    Develop and execute success plans in collaboration with Sales and Client Success partners to reflect a holistic path to increase adoption and product usage.

    Responsible for managing renewals – including tracking and negotiation coordination.
    Conduct client quarterly business reviews.
    Liaise between client and internal teams at LeaseAccelerator.
    Gain consensus with key client stakeholders.
    Identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    Measure the results of executed strategies to determine their efficacy.
    Deliver adoption-related insights and readouts of specific client outcomes.
    Propel execution of "Success Plan" and associated client interactions
    Identify client resource requirements and dependencies and address gaps.
    Collaborate and communicate with Sales / Support to ensure alignment on plans.
    Drive transparency of current execution states for the assigned portfolio
    Ensure client satisfaction and promote retention and referenceability.
    May be required to travel up to 20% depending on location of client (only under normal circumstances)
    Requirements
    5+ years of experience in an account management, client success management, or another relevant engagement role, with a passion for developing strong client relationships
    5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel professionally
    Demonstrated ability to elevate client relationship to senior decision-makers
    Expert negotiation and presentation skills
    Ability to conduct value analysis around ROI
    Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal- and growth-oriented, and team-centric
    Preferred Qualifications
    5+ years of experience with equipment leasing and knowledge of leasing processes
    Accounting or finance experience
    4-year degree in accounting or finance
    Experience with Salesforce
